Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your service with us, 24hrs or more before your booked slot begins, there will be a 10% early cancelation fee. If you cancel your service with us, within 24hrs of your booked slot, there will be a 50% cancelation fee. The remaining balance will be reimbursed within 7 to 10 business days. We obligated time and/or materials towards your project that must be compensated for. If you feel as though you need to reschedule please do so at least 48hrs prior to your booked time. Please, reach out to us in advance or make your cancellations online.
